Registration Notes

Returning Swimmers: If you were registered last year, please be sure to login with the same email address. "Activate" each returning swimmer and update their t-shirt size using the edit icon on the swimmers page. It is recommended that you order a size up.

Meet Attendance: Please indicate your swimmer's meet attendance to the best of your ability and keep this up to date throughout the season. It is important that the coaches know which swimmers will be attending each meet so that they can prepare the lineups.

Volunteer Positions: Families are required to volunteer 5 times during the season. You can select volunteer jobs during the registration process, or you may go back and do this later. Information about volunteer positions are available during Registration Night and via the Volunteer Info tab above.

15-18 Year Old Swimmers: In order to encourage continued participation, registration fee is $5 for this age group. Registration fee does not include a t-shirt. T-shirts may be purchased for $10.

Bring the following to the pool on Registration Night:

1. Registration fees (checks can be made out to the Crooked Creek Crocs).

2. Volunteer Check - We require each family to submit a $100 check made out to the Crooked Creek Crocs that will be held until your volunteer requirement is met. At the end of the season, we will cash checks if the volunteer commitments have not been fulfilled. Otherwise they will either be returned (if submitted in a self-addressed, stamped envelope) or shredded.

3. Printed and signed waiver 2019 Waiver

4. Your swimmer. Swim suits will be available to try on at registration for sizing. Swimsuits are sold by a third-party vendor and can be paid with a credit card or check.

To join the Crocs, your family must be members of the Crooked Creek pool. All members of the Crooked Creek HOA in good standing are eligible. A limited number of outside pool memberships are available. For more information about joining the pool, please contact Elite Management, the neighborhood's management company, at 919-233-7660.

Jr. Crocs

Jr. Crocs is returning again this year!

Purpose: Provide an option to swimmers ages 3-7 with limited experience who want to try out the sport of swimming without committing to a full season of swim team. Jr. Crocs will have the option to increase their membership to a full membership at any time during the season. Jr. Crocs cannot participate in swim team practice or meets but are encouraged to attend the meets to cheer on the swim team and gain an understanding of what swim meets are like.

The fee to become a Jr. Croc is $50.

This fee will be applied toward swim team registration in the event a swimmer would like to join the team as a full member.
Jr. Crocs Benefits Include:
  • Team t-shirt
  • Participation in social events, including awards banquet
  • 4 swim lessons (June 3, 10, 17, 24), 30 min each
  • Mini meet (date, TBD)
  • Participation in swim team photo
  • Option to purchase team suit and swim cap

Junior Coaches
Junior Coaches program will return this year.

Purpose: Provide an opportunity for swimmers ages 13-18 to gain experience coaching younger swimmers at the direction of the coaching staff. This is a great opportunity for older swimmers to develop their coaching skills. Junior Coaches can apply their coaching hours toward their volunteer requirements.

Swimmers interested in becoming a Junior Coach will be given information on the application process.
