We are the CROOKED CREEK CROCS!

Located in the Crooked Creek Neighborhood at 5729 Brushy Meadows Drive in Fuquay Varina, NC.

We are a neighborhood, summer swim team that participates in swimming meets with other local neighborhoods under the guidelines of the Tarheel Swimming Association (TSA), an organization that governs all community swim teams in the Triangle. Visit tsanc.org for more information.

We are a volunteer led and managed team and we rely heavily on our parents and families to make our meets possible and enjoyable. Check out the list of volunteer opportunities under the "VOLUNTEER INFO" link above.

MEET OUR COACHES

Morgan Nichols

This will be Morgan's first full summer in Fuquay-Varina. After graduating from California Baptist University with a degree in Kinesiology, she lived in Fresno for one year, where she worked as a middle school Water Polo and Swim coach. During college, she was a dual Varsity athlete in swimming and water polo, and spent several summers as an assistant coach for the summer water polo and swimming programs in her home town. After getting married in May of last year, she and her husband, Robert, moved to NC. Morgan is employed by the OS Institute in downtown Fuquay. She is so excited to back on the pool deck this summer at Crooked Creek!

Gannon Nawojczyk

Gannon is 20 years old and is currently attending Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. He has lived in the Crooked Creek neighborhood for 13 years and has swam with the Crocs for 6 seasons. He also swam for his high school, William G. Enloe Magnet and was a Regional finalist in 2014 for the men's 50 free, 100 free and 200 free relay, as well as a State finalist for the men's 50 freestyle and 200 freestyle relay. Last season he served as assistant coach for the Crocs. He is eager to work along side Coach Morgan again this year with the Crocs.
