Online Registration Notes
If you were registered last year, please be sure to login with the same email address. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a reminder of what email you used.
For returning swimmers, "activate" each returning swimmer and update t-shirt size (using the edit icon on the swimmers page). It's recommended that you order a size up.
You can select volunteer jobs during the registration process, or you may go back and do this later, especially if you are new and want to know more about what you are signing up for.
Please indicate your swimmers' meet attendance to the best of your ability, and keep this up to date throughout the season. This site replaces the sign-out sheet on the pool bulletin board. It is important that the coaches know which swimmers will be attending each meet so that they can prepare the lineups.
Note that 15-18 year old swimmers have a $5 registration fee, and may purchase a t-shirt for $10.
Bring the following to the pool on registration night:
1. Registration fees (check made out to the Crooked Creek Crocs).
2. We require each family to submit a $100 check made out to the Crooked Creek Crocs that will be held until your volunteer requirement is met. At the end of the season, we will cash checks if the volunteer commitments have not been fulfilled. Otherwise they will either be returned (if submitted in a self-addressed, stamped envelope) or shredded.
3. Printed and signed waiver 2017 Waiver
4. Printed and completed swimsuit order form. Suits will be available to try on at registration for sizing. Swimsuits are sold by a third-party vendor and can be paid with a credit card or check.
To join the Crocs, your family must be members of the Crooked Creek pool. All members of the Crooked Creek HOA in good standing are eligible. A limited number of outside pool memberships are available. For more information about joining the pool, please contact HRW, the neighborhood's management company, at 919-787-9000.
Jr. Crocs will be an addition to this year’s swim team.
Purpose: Provide an option to parents of swimmers with limited experience or younger age who want the opportunity to try out the sport of swimming without committing to a full season of swim team. Jr. Crocs will have the option to increase their membership to a full membership at any time during the season. Jr. Crocs cannot participate in swim team practice or meets but are encouraged to attend the meets to cheer on the swim team and gain an understanding of what swim meets are like.
The fee to become a Jr. Croc is $30, paid directly to the swim team.
This fee will be applied toward swim team registration in the event a swimmer would like to join the team as a full member.
Purpose: Provide an option to Jr and Full swim team members to receive instruction in smaller groups. Swim Academy lessons are separate from regular swim practice and are assessed an additional fee.
The weekly fee for Swim Academy is: $20
The fee covers 2 lessons per week, for 30 min each.
